Returns Information
If you wish to return any product from our Pizza Accessories range it must be returned unused and in a resalable condition to us within 7 days of delivery
for a credit note or refund.
If you wish to return any large equipment to us there is a 25% re-stocking charge and you must return the item unused and in a resalable condition to us within 7 days of delivery for a credit note or refund of 75%.
You must notify us of any damage or shortages of any accessory or equipment within 24 hours of delivery or we may be unable to process a replacement or refund.
Please note we are B2B (Business to Business) sellers and as such your statutory rights are affected if you are purchasing goods as a consumer.
