MIDDLEBY MARSHALL CONVEYOR OVENS

Middleby Marshall conveyor ovens provide a continuous cooking platform. When the food comes out of the conveyor, it is perfect every time and ready to serve. No over or under-cooking, just the same consistent product every time. With impingement technology, the end product looks and tastes outstanding. Employees are not changing speeds and temperatures on the oven for different foods; it is all preset and easy to use. Conveyor cooking eliminates the labour needed to continuously watch food to keep it from burning or to rotate food during the cooking process.

Middleby Marshall manufacture their traditional line of cooking ovens available in 20" wide belt countertop, and 32" wide belt floorstanding models. Also available are the WOW ovens in 26" and 33.5" versions. The WOW ovens feature a magic eye which detects when food is absent from the oven. In this instance the oven begins to enter an energy savings mode. The DZ331 CTX is for baking a wider variety of items (meat, veg, bread, and pizza etc)
